𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐈 𝐃𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐎 When life is going well, it’s easy to take things for granted … but when financial disaster strikes – a job loss, a divorce, an illness – your financial house can come crumbling down. Until it happened to me, I never appreciated the importance of a written financial strategy. That experience is why I became a Financial Advisor - to guide my clients to financial success and help them through financial setbacks that could devastate them. 𝐌𝐘 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐘 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 I worked in pharmaceutical industry for 26 years building businesses and managing high performing teams in 50+ countries across Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. I believe my greatest influencers were physicians, surgeons and dentists. A medical professional focuses on diagnosis before prescribing a treatment. Similarly, I focus on going deep with my clients, to understand what is important to them and what keeps them up at night. Only then can I build a financial strategy uniquely suited to their individual needs and personalities. Then, like a physician, we have regular checkups to keep their good financial health on track. 𝐌𝐘 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐒 My global travel and exposure to dozens of cultures have given me a keen understanding and appreciation for various cultures. I have earned following designations and credentials that equip me serve clients with complex financial needs. ✅ MBA from Cornell University, Ithaca NY ✅ Master's degree in Business from Queen's University, Kingston ON ✅ CFP®, (Certified Financial Planner), a Global Gold Standard in Financial Planning ✅ CIM® (Chartered Investment Manager), industry standard for portfolio management services ✅ CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter), regarded as a superior mark of excellence in risk management, wealth creation and preservation, estate planning, and wealth transfer. ✅ In 2022 I was conferred by Canadian Securities Institute the prestigious FCSI®, the highest honor and most senior credential in Canadian financial services. My practice is well-suited to serve those whose experiences I have shared: corporate executives, physicians, professionals and those desiring to prepare for the unexpected. I serve on the board of the Cornell Club Toronto for Cornell University alumni and am active with local Chambers of Commerce, and Marathi Bhashik Mandal, a South Asian non-profit, cultural organization.
